“I value and respect the wishes of my clients, listen to their needs, and always look out for their best interests…”
A fourth generation native Texan, Jeff has first hand knowledge of the lifestyles and trends that make Austin such a great place to call home. A successful career in mortgage lending for top banks and as a mortgage entrepreneur eventually led to spending off time renovating and rescuing older homes for investment. Jeff expanded into real estate sales and became a broker in 1998, representing many clients and closing millions in sales.
Jeff has developed an extensive skill set in marketing, finance, negotiation, renovation and investment. The attention to detail learned from his varied experiences makes Jeff a great choice to handle today’s often complex home and condominium sale transactions.
Looking forward to serving each client individually with courtesy, professionalism and care, Jeff is a long time Austinite and currently lives in a vintage Enfield area home.
WHAT JEFF’S CLIENTS ARE SAYING:
“I think there is a wide range of people who call themselves Realtors, but few of them are true professionals. Jeff is an absolute professional….”–M. Marks, South Austin
“Jeff helped me buy my first house…. I had just gotten a job in Austin and Jeff was wonderful in helping me through the purchase of my first house. Since then, as interest rates have gone down, Jeff has helped me refinance twice. He’s been so helpful, conscientious, and astute. Working with him was a complete joy.”
–Dr. S. Theriault–University of Texas
“Putting my condo on the market to sell in the worst possible economy could not be helped! Had tried to sell it in 2009 with no luck. Decided to hand it over to Jeff and he sold it in a little over 4 months. Not only did he sell it when others couldn’t – he had tons of great advice. He marketed it creatively, included it in a downtown property tour and provided tons of market information to make informed decisions. All while being very patient with me! I would recommend Jeff in a heartbeat.”
“We did 3 transactions with Jeff during the past year. The qualities I find remarkable are his extreme responsiveness, outstanding negotiating skills, all electronic documentation and cool demeanor. His many years of experience came in handy during the emotional roller coaster that these transactions usually are. Highly recommended!”
“Jeff worked so hard for me and my fiance. He went far beyond what was required of any real estate agent. Jeff knows the market, has a good read on others, and offered many suggestions to help make a difficult situation more easy to deal with. We would recommend Jeff Harris to anyone and without any hesitations”.–D. Adamson–Austin
